Call queuing

 TMD offers two types of call queuing services.

 

TASINET UCD Call Queuing Service

The TASINET UCD call queuing service is a uniform call distribution service for low call volume contact centres where only basic queuing features are required.

TASINET ACD Call Queuing Service

The TASINET ACD call queuing Service is a flexible Automatic Call Distribution service for moderate to large call volume contact centres.  Real-time reporting is available with ACDs. 

 

Voice mail

The TASINET voice mail service is an easy to use call answering and message recording service for the times when staff are not able to answer the call.  A variety of voice mail options are available to suit individual needs.

TASINET Interactive voice recording

The TASINET Interactive voice recording (IVR) voice mail service is a flexible auto-attendant service for call distribution and provision of recorded information through voice-prompted menus.
