Australian Education International (AEI), is the international arm of the Australian Government's Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. It supports the sustainable development of a world-class and globally connected international education and training system in Australia
Commonwealth Government Building the Education Revolution (BER)
The Australian Government's BER Program provides infrastructure funding for Australia's schools, and is a critical component of the Government's economic stimulus package. Other Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA)
MCEECDYA comprises state, territory, Australian and New Zealand government ministers responsible for the portfolios of education, early childhood development and youth affairs. Papua New Guinea, Norfolk Island and East Timor have observer status. The role of the Council is to coordinate strategic policy at the national level, to negotiate and develop national agreements, reporting, and the sharing of resources and information

State Government Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (TQA)
The TQA advises the Minister on matters relating to qualifications. It is responsible for course accreditation of senior secondary, vocational education and training, and higher education, and for assessment and certification of courses for the Certificate of Education (TCE). The TQA also registers providers of VET and higher education
