 Tasmanian Sentences from 2008 -

If you cannot find the sentence you are looking for it may be because:

  • it was imposed prior to 2008; or
  • initials have been used rather than the person's surname (if suppression of a name is required by law). This occurs when the offender is under 18 years of age or there is a need to protect the identity of the victim.

If you are unable to find a sentence then you can send a query to the Court using the Request Form and filling in as many details as you can. A current email address must be provided on the Form otherwise we will not be able to reply to you.
