Tasmanian Curriculum Framework Survey

Tasmanian Curriculum Framework survey

As part of the changes to the Years 11 and 12 curriculum, assessment and certification, the Department of Education has established a cross-sectoral Curriculum Framework Advisory Group, with representation from key stakeholders, to provide advice to the Secretary and Minister on the priorities in relation to the development or revision of the curriculum for senior secondary education.
At a meeting of this group there was agreement that, prior to focussing on Years 11 and 12 curriculum provision, an overarching ‘Tasmanian Curriculum Framework’ should be developed.
The Curriculum Framework Advisory Group is now consulting on the Draft Tasmanian Curriculum Framework. Schools and individuals are encouraged to provide feedback on the Framework. We are seeking a collective response from your school, organisation or institution. The survey is open from Wednesday 9 September 2015 until Friday, 23 October 2015.
  • We are seeking a collective response from your school, organisation or institution.
  • This survey is seeking feedback on:

    • Draft Tasmanian Curriculum Framework Overview
  • These two documents outline the structure and components of the draft Tasmanian Curriculum Framework.
  • The survey questions refer to the two documents.  Please refer to these documents when providing feedback.
